Oooh, aaaahhhh!

Only fellow gardeners will appreciate these pretty new tomato trellis posts.  From Tractor Supply up in Windsor, I got me some nice metal 8' t-posts that I'm hoping will last me a lifetime.  They're over 6' high after being sunk into the beds, which will give me a good 2' more height than I had last year.  Last year, I needed it because my tomatoes quickly outgrew the 6' stakes and the tops fell over.  I love that these are notched.  I use the Florida weave method of trellising, so these notches will come in really handy.

Next up is a green bean arch, but I need to wait for those peas on the left do their thing.  Another week or two should do it.

Adding a Little Spice to the Garden

My new Iris called "Paprika" bloomed!  It's official.  I'm addicted.
